mailbox_front_stuffedWho doesn’t!!  And on top of that, what a complete and utter waste of paper.  How many of you don’t even open your mail and just toss it?  I know I used to do that with all sorts of things.  Now, I barely get any junk mail.  What is my secret?  GreenDimes.  They are an amazing company, I’ve been a member for about 2 years now and the only junk mail I get anymore is stuff from my banks and the occasional animal group mailing.  Check it out!  They even plant 5 trees for every person who signs up, wondrous!!

I don’t think I really need to do much explaining here…you can read and see for yourself why I have posted this.  I encourage  you to join the fight!

We all know the Bush administration went overboard in many ways over the last eight years. One of their most alarming oversteps was redefining ‘water’ under the Clean Water Act so that small waterways were no longer protected.

This is just one of the 100 environmental rollbacks we’re calling on President-elect Obama to undo in his first hundred days.

Please take a minute, and add your name to the thousands who have already signed a petition calling on the new president to undo the Bush damage – simply click the link below, or paste it into your browser:

Environmentally speaking, there’s a lot of work to be done by the new president. But, what progress can we really make until we undo the ravages of the Bush years? When you look at the list of the 100 worst environmental rollbacks on our website, I’m sure you’ll agree.

From weakening our protections from toxic chemicals to increasing logging in our national forests to literally redifining what water is, the Bush administration waged an eight year assault on the environment – and now we can make sure those rollbacks are reversed.

Please join the thousands who are calling on President-elect Obama to undo the 100 worst rollbacks.

And once you add your name, take the next step, and tell your friends and family about the effort, and invite them to get invovled – and thanks for your work.

Sincerely,

Dan Stafford
